VEGAN HONEEE Wholewheat Pancakes

Ingredients

120g (4.2 oz)
1 tbsp
Sweet Freedom VEGAN HONEEE
Oil, for cooking

For the toppings:

Fresh fruit
Vegan butter
Sweet Freedom VEGAN HONEEE

Method

Add the flour and baking powder to a large bowl and whisk to combine.

Add the milk and VEGAN HONEEE and mix until just combined, don’t overmix.

Heat a pan with a splash or spray of oil over medium heat, and once hot, ladle your batter to make pancakes that are approximately 4 inches in diameter.

Cook for about 3-5 minutes until several bubbles form on top. Then flip and cook the other side for another 3-5 minutes until cooked through.

Stack on an ovenproof dish in a warm oven and serve with VEGAN HONEEE, fresh fruit and butter.
