How to Make Your Own Houmous



Rinse the chickpeas ,tip into food processor with the tahini, crushed garlic, salt, lemon juice and seven tablespoons of the reserved liquid from the can. Turn on the food processor and slowly pour in the oil while it runs until completely smooth, pour into serving dish and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil


Sprinkle with paprika and finely chopped coriander or parsley leaves for decoration. Whole chick peas (optional)
