For the base

For the topping



To make the base, add the oats and Medjool dates to a food processor and blend until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add the coconut oil and mix together. Press the mixture into the bases of eight lined muffin tin holes and place in the fridge to set.


For the topping add the cashews, maple syrup, coconut oil, coconut milk and protein powder into a food processor and blend until smooth. Top the bases with the cheesecake mixture and place into the fridge to set.
