Warm Lentil and Green Bean Salad with Balsamic Dressing

0-2 minutes
To make the dressing, add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard and agave syrup into a bowl and whisk together.


3-10 minutes
Add half of the dressing, red onion, sundried tomatoes, and green beans to a saucepan and cook on a medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes. Let the beans cook slightly, then add the lentils and cook for a further 1-2 minutes to warm through.


11-15 minutes
Add the spinach, tomatoes, the remaining dressing and the contents of the saucepan into a bowl. Mix together well and serve.
