Ingredients

For the flatbread

120ml (1/2 cup)
Water
120ml (1/2 cup)

For the za'atar finish

Method

Combine all of the flatbread ingredients
in a bowl and bring together to form a dough.
Knead the dough for roughly 4-5 minutes.

Split the dough into eight pieces and roll
each piece into 6-inch rounds. Heat a frying
pan over a medium-high heat and cook each
flatbread for 1-2 minutes on each side until
cooked through.

To finish the flatbreads, brush with olive oil
and sprinkle with za’atar.
